this past thursday evening, i spent hours – many hours – watching the dark knight trilogy at our local movie theatre.  beginning at 6pm, several of our college students from #thecrux and i watched batman begins and the dark knight on the big screen prior to the midnight showing of the dark knight rises.  i even tweeted about my experience amidst the batman fans. twice.

it took awhile. yet as i sat there amidst the die hard fans of the dark knight, there were several incredibly poignant quotes i thought i’d pass along as fodder for discussion, beginning with this ::

‘you always fear what you don’t understand.’
